daily basis you will find the following employees who have been trained in
their special skills to help take care of our residents. Licensed Registered Nurses,
Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurses Aides, Licensed Physical Therapists, Licensed
Speech Therapists, Licensed Occupational Therapists, Certified Physical Therapy Aide, and
Certified Occupational Therapy Aide. Certified Physical and Occupational Rehabilitation
Aides,
Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Activity Director, along with Cooks,
Food servers, Laundry aides, Housekeepers, Activity personnel, Social Service providers,
Bookkeepers who with their skills help to provide Medina Manor residents and families with
the best of care.
Medina Nursing Center has a low turn-over rate of employees, so residents are assured
of knowing who is giving them their care now, will continue to give
them their care, years later. Medina Manor's staff has 41% of its employees
who have been here 5 years or longer. We work as a TEAM, solve problems as a TEAM
and we become extended family to residents and to employees.
Not only do Medina employees work together, they play together. Medina Manor sponsors
bowling teams who bowl at the local bowling alley. Also, Medina Manor sponsors softball
not only for its employees but for other "little leaguers" as well.
